How to build a work-life mission
For over a decade, Alicia has trained current and next-generation leaders. She created a tool and a strategy called the work-life mission featured in Fast Company. Alicia’s goal is to help people find their mission, their “why,” and grow in leadership and in life. Alicia hopes that when people use this tool, they change the world, their lives, or how they view their current career path, job, work, or life.
